All conditions on your ticket are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed at the festival site. Check www.gridlockfestival.co.uk for updated information

The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter admission of the holder to the festival site might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively. Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the festival site, persons entering the festival site may be searched as a condition of the festival premises licence

Camping is allowed at the festival site in the designated camping areas only and camping is only permitted with a camping ticket. Any tents pitched outside the designated areas or in the car parks will be removed. The designated areas are marked with white lines on the ground. Campsites open at 10am on the Saturday.

Glass and illegal substances will not be allowed inside the festival site or campsites.

No private sound systems will be permitted in the festival site.

Please use the bins provided, fires are not permitted in any area of the festival site and will be extinguished.
Please respect the venue.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or older

If you look under 21 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.

Under 12’s will be admitted without a ticket if accompanied by a paying adult and do not require a ticket.

No tape or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens or fireworks will be permitted in the festival site.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs this ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/band. Gridlock reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.

Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued if lost or damaged. Keep your ticket safe.

Gridlock Rock Festival is an outdoor event. The promoters advise you to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.

The promoters reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site.

In the event of cancellation of the festival, there will be a 5% (50p) handling charge on ticket purchased online.

Gridlock tickets are security printed. Please keep them dry as to get wet may invalidate them.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES It is a condition of entry on our licence that you allow yourself and your belongings to be searched by the Police or Security. They will carry out random searches when you are entering the festival campsite and arena. Do not attempt to bring in illegal substances as you stand a very real chance of being caught.
We do not condone the use of drugs but please remember that unfamiliar surroundings and large crowds are not the place to experiment with drugs or alcohol. If you see somebody who appears to be having a bad time, please alert a Steward who will seek help. Do not assume that they need water. Protect your phone now, key in *#06# and your IMEI will be displayed, make a note of this number so that if you lose your phone or it if is stolen you can contact your service provider to have the phone immobilised.

WHAT NOT TO BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL

PETS. They are not permitted at Gridlock Festival.
AIR HORNS. They are not permitted, for the sanity of those around you.
FIREWORKS. They are illegal. Any fireworks found on entry search and thereafter will be confiscated.
CANDLES. They’re not permitted, for your safety. Bring a torch and a good supply of batteries.
GLASS. Please only use plastic containers.
CAMPING STOVES. They are only permitted in the campsites.
CHINESE SYTLE LANTERNS.  They're not permitted due to the number of trees and possible dry weather.
DO NOT bring anything that could be interpreted as an offensive weapon, i.e. a multi purpose style tool that contains a knife, mallet, etc, as they will be confiscated and held at Festival Welfare.
